Please be aware that a number of properties on the development have had leaks on the roofs and steps during the bad rain over the last couple of weeks, the builders have been round today checking the known ones, if you have not been out for a while it may be worth getting someone to check your property, our property had a leak coming in the kitchen through the stairs to the roof terrace, and one in the second bedroom.

Has anybody else had problems getting their snags completed by the builder,  I have a crack in my front window sill and have been told by the builder to paint over it myself as he thinks its not a crack, also they have refused to put right some poorly finished rendering, Atlas response to my problems is to see my soliciter
