 We have a penthouse apartment in Phase 2. bought from new. We have never had any 'odour' problems before. Last Easter we had a disgusting smell coming from the WC in our en-suite bathroom. There was also a smell coming from the hole through which the washing pipe goes and from 1 of the chimney-shaped vents on the roof terrace. We were told we needed a new seal for the WC which we had done. This seemed to sort the problem.

We were in the apartment a week ago- smell from WC is not nearly so bad, but is there. The smell is back in the kitchen and coming from the vent on the roof terrace. Have reported this to Resortalia .

Has anyone else had similar problem? if so, was it fixed, and how?
