Hi if you are reading this. Have any of you played golf at either Alboran or La Envia in Almeria? We are driving down from Mojacar for the day and have not played either course. Looking at the web sites etc Alboran is longer which is OK as we are both regular golfers but looks a bit boring but if its in good condition that the main requirement. On the other hand La Envia is shorter and has a few more trees and bushes. Any comment welcome on either course. Thanks

The property market would appear to be very slow at the moment - I already have a place nearer Garrucha since 2002 and although the development is finished we were promised a small commercial centre. This has only just been built but is not yet occupied (next to Marina golf). Also a pavement or prom. from the hotels to Garrucha was promised!
A 3 bed 2 bath repossesion on our complex is currently on the market for 120,000 euro thats probably about 60-80k under valued but shows how the market is and that the banks want there money back quickly.

I was in Mojacar last week and noticed that the golf course will be a par 67. Can anyone confirm this and also when it will open
