Just back from 4 days at the apartment and seen a marked improvement. Overall security is better and the electric entrance gates to block 5,6,7 are working. The Gardener is taking a pride the place and it was clean and tidy. The bridge across to Torrenueva and down to the beach is finished. The new fence around the pool garden is up. Interestingly i have a mate on Jardin Botanica who tells me there community are in a panic about the need to fence the pool off in a similar manner. Someone drowned last year the recent post mortem prooved he was drunk. Had it not - each of the residents in the complex would have been sued for negligence - hence the panic. This will effect all complexes very soon, so we are ahead of the game.
I know our President (Mike) has been getting some unfair flak recently with the increase in community fees and other things. Please give him a break and support him, 'Rome wasn't built in a day'.
