Our standard monthly electric bills are €25 with Iberdrola and this seems to be a standing charge (plus taxes) even though there are no appliances connected and no electric being used.

Is this common / correct for unused apartments?

I'm a new owner and the previous owner didn't hand over the post box keys to the solicitors. I have contacted Resortalia and they suggest contacting the resort maintenance man to change the lock, does anyone have his contact details?

Or a local locksmith?

I've just bought an apartment at Terrazas de la Torre in block 15.

How do I contact the community administrators to register and arrange wifi connection, password, post box, etc, etc?

As a new owner what else do I need to do and know? Any help would be much appreciated.
