PLEASE read this article on a new Ruling by the Suprene Court Judges on Bank Guarantees
At LONG LAST the Supreme Court Judges have recognised and addressed the grave injustices suffered by thousands of innocent off-plan purchasers, who handed over substantial deposits to Developers who either failed to build, built illegally or went bankrupt!

Even if you did NOT get a Bank Guarantee, this may help you get your deposit back! Did you win your Court Case on absence of Licence of First Occupation but the Developer went bankrupt and you didn't get refunded?
Read this article and seek legal advice if you think it could help you recover your deposit via the Bank Guarantee.route
Hopefully this new Judicial Ruling will help many off-plan purchaser get their deposits refunded!
