I dont hnow what building regulations apply in spain, in the uk you would need mechanical ventilation for the kitchen and bathroom, for the room the wood burner was housed you would require permanent ventilation and a carbon minoxide alarm

Yes also checked rynair and jet 2 and the price difference is incredable, also good flight times with jet2, july/august trip booked using jet 2 for the first time. Rynair will be losing customers in there droves if this continues.

Just returned from a pleasant trip to corvera, lots of activity maintaining the golf course, progress on the clubhouse, builders working from dusk till dawn by using lighting.

The resort seemed a lot busier with lots more cars parked in bays, all in all the resort seems and feels more positive for the future for those of us who decided to complete.

The area ajacent to migells has been landscaped and park benches have been placed which is now a pleasant feature.

The landing strip lighting to the new airport have been errected and you can clearly see the direction in which the planes will approach and land, it is from west to east and crosses the road from corvera to Fuent Alamo, which means that planes will not fly over Corvera, but looks like they will fly either over or ajacent to Hacienda del Alamo golf resort.

what you want in the kitchen area is a heat detector rather than a smoke alarm, interlinked to other alarms in the building, by fitting a heat detector it will not react to burning toast, but will go off in the event of a fire breaking out.

This is the requirements for new build in the uk.
