Note McAnthony Realty has been in Courts in Spain June 2013.  A Judge ruled there is a case for Fraud but this appears to be related to furniture not delivered. (rather than fraud re mis-selling)

Small step but may be significant-anyone know more?

If not should we ask our legal for an update?

Sorry to hear mindclinic,  we hear of people being arrested but the thefts continue, virtually a owners hazard at the moment if thats any comfort.  i suppose we will really have to give security a lot more thought about the details as this looks like something that is not going to go away by itself.

I am thinking of representations to Police - Town hall, getting the details re security barriers and security staff.

Still get that horrible feeling inside though-and its all been payout until now-having to do it again is something non of us could account for

Peter, I understand you are the president of PM2.  many of the PM2 appartments both ground floor and upper have been broken into and I wondered are we going to write a joint petition about security-perhaps send to town hall, Police or any politicions that have leverage?

Also, not too sure about responsibilities or if you do not wish to be tied up with minor matters but since soil washed away at base of block 19 and others, wondered if I could lobby for some planting around base of some blocks-some evergreens- be the cheapest method of 'hiding' the damp course skirt that is showing-At block 19 only need about 20 plants at most

While there was a flood when I was over at Xmas and my TV was stolen-when I returned home, the lead had gone off my roof-so it is not only Spain that has problems with thieves.   Fortunate they did not put any lead in our construction in Spain, I suppose-anyway that's three things this year so I hope thats my lot for now

Forgot to mention how much better the site was looking, each time I go gets a little bit better.  If weather continues in Uk like it has, Southern Spain has my vote
