a sign at passport control at terminal 3 at manchester airport says it all. while we queue to get into our own country. the sign says,  :  non eu residents go to the front of the queue :

hi. i am suzanne"s dad. we will also be there sunday for 16 days in  her appt. we also hope to complete her snagging while we are there, and wouldnt she be sick if we got first use of her new telly. when she reads this she will be booking flights!

Don't mention mri to me david.  Brings up some awful thoughts and puts me into trauma! washed my hands of them now.   Waste of time.  Did everything myelf and paid them for the privelage.
