 Hi All, I am just about to complete a purchase of one of the units in block 4 in Arenal Duquesa and I am looking for information regarding the complex or any information I should know about before I sign on the dotted line.

Some questions that come to mind.

What are the yearly service fees?

Are there any other fees I need to look out for?

Is there any other issues with block 4 that any knows about?

Is there a tv cable system in the blocks and if not how does get tv stations?

Can you get broadband?

Any information welcome.

Hi

Looking for help , we are bringing our grandson (hes 3 years old) down to La Duquesa in mid September. Does anyone know any ativities or play parks in the area that would accomadate a 3 year old boy. We will have a car and are prepared to travel. Hope someone can help.

I have been waiting on completion of my contract with the developer since last year and at this stage I just want to move on due to these delays. I originally bought in early 2005. Has anyone pulled out of their contract and got their 30% deposit back either thorugh the bond system or through their solicitor due to delays or otherwise. I would be greatful for any information in this regard.

We have a deposit put on an apartment in block 4  and we are still waiting for sign up . At this stage we are tired waiting what process did you go through to get your deposit back. I would appreciate any help you can give us. Many thanks
