hi maria

i own a property on this development which i have being paying a mortgage in full to caja espana for 3 years

the whole site is empty (no water ) (no electric) the bank owes all the site except ours we cant use our property and the bank will not give us answers even our lawyer cant get a answer

what legal rights do we have against bank ???

the sewage was finished last week the developer has handed in the final doc to mijas townhall to request LFO should take around 2-3 weeks) as it is known at mijas t/hall that this site has to have priorty because of the delay
