HI, We residents have not paid community charge yet, waiting for details of administrators bank so that we pay into the bank. We have all agreed that we are not paying by direct debit as this could be risky if administrator is not legit. Hope this helps might know more when you arrive.

Hola all BDM owners in england, we are resident here and we didnt even get any notification in writing about the meeting or the updated payments. we have all agreed here that until we get the bank details of the administrator we are not paying by direct debit. they cannot make you pay by this method. It was agreed that all external gate locks be changed with only 1 key to open all and only be given 2 keys which cannot be copied so if you lose 1 it will cost 20euro toget another. Having said that maintenance man has looked at them but nothing been done yet. We also have 5 committee members as well as president and vice. We have not received minutes of that meeting yet either. regards Pauline

Hi everyone, We completed on our apt last week, I believe we were the first to do this in phase 2. Our solicitor got us a quote of 137euros for contents cover of 12,000 euros which we thought was very reasonable. Hi all We signed on 17th June, our furniture was delivered same day, but when we checked fridge and washer, fridge not pugged in and washer water valve at the back of it not switched on thought this might be useful.
