Completed a couple of months ago. Visit last week, property quality pretty good; some snagging, but not serious (we used a local snagger who was very helpful). The sun shone and we drank some nice wine.

This is the first time I have used this site and I am a bit surprised by the amount of positive versus negative comments going on. Why can't people just get on with it. Some people must be spending hours drafting narrative for this site - have they nothing better to do?
