Hi to all Don Juan residents

Apologies firstly for copying and pasting my post from last April and thanks to those who replied to it both on the open forum and on PMs.  I just wanted an update as to what the situation is at DJ III a year on.

"We were just wondering if anyone has any news about the Don Juan III development.  Any news at all either from those of you 'older' residents in DJ I and DJ II who seem to be quite knowledgeable about things going on.  Also, of course, would like to hear from  any residents actually now living in DJ III.  What are they like to live in? Have you had any problems as they were certainly completed in record time! Also does anyone know of anyone who has successfully got their deposits back from the bank or taken the developer to court.  I know there were a number of clients in DJ II quite some time ago who get their deposits back but the developer, when he found out, soon put a stop to that!

Anyway, any news, rumours, gossip, anything at all."

Hi Max,

Thanks for that.  We wait with baited breath to see if and when the inhabitacion licence is granted.  You say the road at the back which was severely damaged has had new tarmac laid.  Is this the road I often read about on the DJ forums which some taxi drivers refuse to use or, if they do ,they charge extra for -  or are you talking about another road?

Hi Everone,

Once again I am asking if there has been any more activity on DJIII since Dave's last posting on 9 June.  There seems to be a rumour that the certificate of end of works has been issued at the end of May, however from Dave's last posting work was still going in early June.   Any info would be much appreciated.
