Keeve / All - I can confirm that Polaris ARE offering unsold/key ready apartments at a discount - we talked to them last week and "offers are on the table" - I'm not prepared to go into our personal details but I suggest if you are interested in trying to make a deal to transfer from Golf Suites into a completed apartment on other phases, NOW is the time to do it  - PW are being more co-operative now than they have been for months so I guess they have no 'short term' plans to start building Golf Suites and are willing to offer alternatives - c ya - Patony

We received same e-mail from Parador - now waiting  to see if POLARIS make any official statement  - if they are "officialy" cancelling GS we should be eligible for refund of our deposits
