thank you for that. yes it was my solicitor who told me there was a hicup about building licienses.so hopefully by early next week i will have got to the bottom of it. and i hope you are right!

Building License

 

Have just been told by our soliciters today that there has been a delay in obtaining the building license due to a bureaucratic issues and that is why only the show house is is ready at present.

 

it means completion is likey to be dec 2008 instead of may 2008. has anyone else heard anything?

Hi everyone

yes we want to build pool too and don't fancy waiting till phase 1 is finished.. we were lead to believe we could build a pool once the villa is complete.

we would be interested in getting group quotes etc please keep us informed .will not be able to go to coventry. hope you all have a fab time

Hi to everyone,

I have already emailes val and dave, we are the Parr family and purchased myriam 3 bed last nov and are in plot AB5.

We were out in La Terica last weekend. We were very impressed by the standards of the show houses and are happy with our house. we have been given completion time of next May 2008.

We were slightly disappointed by seemingly lack of progress in general on the rest of site. apparently all liciences are in place now and so no more excuses for starting to build. i don't think much will happen August as spainish are mainly on hols, so lets hope they start sept with a flourish!

Please include us in the owners map and can u tell me how to view it. also we took some photos which i will try to upload are there instructions on that too? They are mostly of the myriam and very similar to whats already on.

Look forward to meeting everyone in spain we are using it for hols and hope to perhaps rent out to friends and family
