Many thanks for the update - what a lashup!

Our Community representative from the block tells me that  "our urbanisation is safe from demolition and that all licences have been correctly and legally applied for and that the entire urbanisation has been approved for licence on the new PGOU plan.

So I will ignore all the media rubbish, and just enjoy my golf!!

Apologies for displaying huge ignorance, but I have only just found out about this site. We have apartment in LRdM 2, Manzana 3, Bloque 1, and have been using / renting to friends and family happily for several years. Do we have any issues with licence / permission or whatever or is that just some of the new bits they built later?

Dogs - agree in all aspects. Also, people with high heels would be much more popular if they took them off when returning late at night! 

Shop - we use it, as we all need to keep it going . Hope bar will be open next time we are down. La Reserva restaurant at bottom of hill is good addtion.
