Im trying to sell an appartment in block 9 like so many others.  However we are considering selling it through the developers agent, whom I understand is on sight. Jenny.  The commission is 9%.  However she has indicated that there are agents whom are interested in "distressed property sales", ie. buying well below the initial purchase price.  Does anybody know of such methods and has anybody sold any property through the developer and what was there experience.  Would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.
