We had exactly the same work done by QPM (0034 638 535 904).

The new units match the originals exactly, and are a brilliant improvement, as is the window. We were well pleased, and the cost of the units was much less than Polaris Home were wanting to charge.

If things reach the stage where its needed as proof, we'll gladly make it available.
On the subject of action - would it be possible to get the communities on site, to stump up some funds to cover legal costs ?
As it would be in everyones interest to get some progress on the town centre, it seems sensible that everyone should contribute to the expense. I for one appreciate the effort you've put in - no reason why you should have to fund something that would benefit the whole resort. (though there are no doubt, plenty of people who will let you).

Hi Kenny.

I think we have the square HR brochure you're looking for. We picked it up at the sales cabin in April 2005
It's square (duh), with a green border on the front cover. Most of the content is describing the various different types of building, which is largely accurate.
There are also a few pages which describe the site, and the town centre as a done deal. This is presumably the section you are interested in.

We too are concerned about the lack of promised facilities, and like others who have posted, feel that our rental potential has been completely undermined. Not to mention our own feeling of dissapointment, and inconvenience. OK there is a bus to La Torre, but will this continue throughout the winter ?
That said, we love the place and can't wait until all this is sorted out, and we have our own facilities (as promised).
