We are Pam and Frank and waiting for completion of our villa at LTR. We  were wondering if your Community Charges have been set yet,, or if anyone has any idea of what they might be.

Welcome to the forum have seen you on the site plan for sometime now. We are Pam and Frank and have bought a Toledo on AB31 not far from you and will be retiring to  La Tercia. Hope to see you at the meet up for a drink and a few laughs, where we will all be able to meet our soon to be friends and neighbors. We are really looking forward to the move.  It gets a little more  exciting everytime we get a new owner on the forum.

Welcome to the forum. We are Pam and Frank and purchased a Toledo villa on AB31 in September  05 which we will be retiring to.Yes we've had to wait a long time  for completion but  have no regrets buying at La Tercia Real. It will be a fantastic place to live, and with the social network we are building with other buyer's on the site it's reassuring to know that you are not alone.We would much rather know that all the necessary licenses and paperwork are in order,rather than Peinsa rush things and start building without the permissions to do so.You have made a good choice.

Hi All, we went over at the begining of March, and thought the colour of the tiles was good, i think Peinsa are playing it safe as some buyers will be taking their own furnitue over, so neutral colours would be the obvious choice they also give a light and airy f eel to the villas.

We were also told that we would have the choice of tiles and that the oven/hob would be supplied, but as we have nothing in writing to support this. there's not a lot that we can do about it and life is to short to worry about it.   

We  bought in Sept 05, paying 50% of the cost of the villa + the 3.000 Euro deposit and are waiting to retire to La Tercia, Air/con / Solar Panels / Shower screen/ Security system all at no extra cost which Peinsa didn't have to give us, we are looking upon these extras as a bonus  and if there is anything we don,t like or not happy with, we will change  when we get over there.

At the end of the day, we just want our villa built and are looking forward to our retierment in La Tercia.
