I visited the site at Fuente last week (10 April) and have been visiting regular for the past 2 years. Most of the townhouses are complete and the finishes seem pretty good. A third of the site is still fenced off with contractors working.  Four of the swimming pools are complete the fifth is still fenced off. I am awaiting my NIE number to complete the signing as my property is ready. I have purchased a property in M4. I posted emails on this site before but no one has replied and I'm glad to hear from someome else who has bought as I was beginning the think I was the only one.

I was speaking to a salesman last week on the site and he says the properties start from 142,000 euros up to 180k depending if its detached, townhouse or an end townhouse with land.

I have taken some photos but don't realy know how to download them on the computor.

The link detached don't appear to have garages although the houses are very nice inside with good size rooms and excellent solarium.
