Hello good people.

Well its been a while since I have looked at this forum and I think its time for some sad reality folks. "We have all been ripped off!" from the day we got sucked in, our money is now gone. You will never see it again, I have lost €73k of hard earned money that I paid my tax on, so that some Spanish Bitch could drive around that God forsaken dust ridden part of Europe in a Tacky 4x4!

We have been duped by everyone, from the sellers right up to the top of the Spanish Governement. The only consliation that I have is that Spain is about to go bust and the Huns havent got any more money to bail them out because they have commited 70 billion Euros to us Paddys! and we have no plans on paying these greedy Europeans back when we get their money!

Our good neighbour.. ie, the UK offered us 7 billion, but we would rather stiff the Europeans instead...

My guess is that the Spanish will be living in Caves again soon enough and we can go and see them in their natural habitat as nature tourists. I have long overcome my despair and regret at loosing my money as I have just overcome a cancer scare and that really put things into perspective for me.

God bless you all this Christmas and may you all get peace and happiness in your lives in 2011.

As for the scumbags at Huma... "Tiocfaidh ar La!"...Your day will come!!!

Yes I agree, maybe I'm a bit harsh on the old Spanish...

Anyway no Hispanics up in Eastern Maine (Stephen King Country..gulp!!) just pick-ups, checked shirts and plenty of good humoured Mainers!! I did speak to some friends over there about Huma and their antics in Spain and the Mainers were horrified at how people are being treated, as one friend reconed, if this happened in Danforth, Maine (pop 650) the place would be coming down with FBI...

But heres a thought, If I got my €73k back from these fools tommorow, I'd be able to buy 2 decent houses to let out in Houlton Maine...

Makes you think...eh!

This whole Huma thing is a mess.... They will proably wrap up shortly, and leave a lot of decent law abiding and honorable people stiffed!! In a way we should have expected this from the start, the Spanish dont even like us  (Irish included) at this stage even if I get a house I'll never darken the door..... I'm through with the Spanish!!!

Howdy Folks!!!

I recieved this email as well... and my guess is its not up to much, however Huma Med will probably go under soon, nothing surprises me any more. I got so sick of all this that I decided to blow the final payment I had to give Huma on a property in the "Good Old USA" went to the beautiful State of Maine (where there are no Spanish Yipeee!) and purchased a really nice house for less than €35k. The folks up in Eastern Maine are homely and good living! most are of Irish, Scottish and English decent . We spent 5 weeks there this summer on East Grand Lake and my kids cried when we had to go home, buying in the State of Maine is so easy, no mess, Town Hall records your Deeds, Lawyer charges approx $500 for transfer on signing and the Realtors do'nt mess around.. I'm sorry that I didnt do this 4 years ago when I parted with €73k to a bunch of Spanish Gypsies I never met, nor will ever see again!

"God Bless America....it saved my bacon and sanity.

Fly to Boston and 4 hours drive on the 95 North.

People, people,
Steady on.... I was born in a council house, loved it, best days of my life, great neighbours and life long friends....
so I am not taking a dig at people from Council Estates, and if I was I would have made it very clear!!!!
I am taking a dig at the builder, and the rather small abode of which I now call my place in the sun.
Its not what I signed up for in 2004, but I have a really good feeling about "our street" at 36
