Please be aware.

We  took advise from our property manager to get bolts and window locks fitted the same day we moved in 

We moved into our house on the Thu and only left a few tools etc in the house that night.

On returning the next morning we found we had an attempted breakin, but because of the advice and precautions taken they could'nt get in.

My neighbour was cleaned out, including a 42inch plasma TV, and nobody heard or seen a thing.

Hi

We've purchased No 87 and were told Dec 07, but do not see this happening due to the long holiday in August the builder will take.

Due to go out end of Aug and will be able to judge a time through progress of building work.

Will post progress when seen.
