I have to say I think there is a slight over reaction to the problems.

We have already completed for our Allegria 8.4,on the advise of our Spanish solicitor, who is excellent.  All utilities are connected and working, including gas and the bills are to be paid by Peraleja Golf untill COH granted.

We also have a little house in La Tercia, this has no COH, is 2 years old but broadband and telephone are all connected by telefonica.  There is an English telefonica site on the web who will connect the phone and broadband and costs about 100 euros.

No news on Hotel project .However just returned on Sunday  and the Golf course upand running and very busy club house open from 8am TO 8PM very nice menu and service is excellent . They do a meal of the day seven days a week cost 15 Euro inc wine.  We were allowed entry on to the estate with no problem

 

Our  completion looks more like March but no official word keep smiling

. The weekend was fantastic, we had a great time.  Perelaja Golf did us proud.  Fantastic food at the Golf Club, we cant wait to move in and walk down for dinner. On the second evening we had dinner in a Marquee next to the club house and the food and service were excellent, then we moved to the piano bar and had a great evening with a very entertaining piano player, hope he gets the job.

The development is looking good , excellent golf course.  Hopefully our Allegria will be ready sometime in February.,not to worried about the delay as we are hoping the pound will improve against the Euro.

Finally just to say we met some really nice people on the opening weekend, so exciting times for all and a big thank you to Paco and staff for looking after us so well.
