Hi All,

Just looking fpr abit of advice before coming over to view properties.

I have reserved one of the apartments in Jardines 1

Is Jardins 1 the very first phase that was built?

I have been reading some of the threads on here and have a few questions if anyone can help.

1/ Can anyone recommend a good solicitor?

2/ What are the current monthly service charges and is there any feeling that these may start going up?

3/ One of the threads I read mentioned Damp - is this an issue on some of the properties?

4/ I am aware of the IVA and solicitor costs. What other costs do I need to take into account?
