Hi Visited Las Kalendas a few times last week and dealt with a very nice young lady in the Procumasa office, walking around she seemed very well known and the residents were certainly very friendly towards her saying she sorts all their problems?.

Well we thought the place was smashing and the residents we spoke to very friendly so we  took the plunge and bought a Villa that was already built with lots of other goodies. Hopefully we should complete in Feb 08 and then start moving from our place near Alicante hope to spend some nice summers in the foothills and the Spa areas. We checked out the communal pool area's seemed very smart to us and well finished we were told all the commercial places were sold although it may be a while before they are inhabited all in all we seem to have been told most of what is said on this site and all by the procumasa agent.
