 I have an apartment in phase 2 that I need to connect to both water and electricity.  I have heard that there is someone that is living in Arenal Golf that has helped out with the paperwork and kept an eye out for people like me that are not able to travel to Costa del Sol just to install the water and electricity.  Grateful if someone can point me in the right direction regarding these necessary installations.
