Hi Nicky, In june I actually was renting a property in that region. You're lucky to be going there, I really wannna go back! Anyway Ill give you some links to the sites we used... In hindsight I would've been useful to have read a bit about the region before going. After coming back I checkout ou the official site for the region:

We (me and my GF) rented out a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks with a company called holistay, their site is
http://www.holistay.com/spain/ There is a lot of choice and you can fine tune your options for whatever suits your needs. We also had this site
spain.info/TourSpain/Alojamientos/ reccommeded to us by another couple looking for a simlilar kinda thing, and although we didnt use it, it looks pretty good.
