About golf I mean that for example grass not so green as at Valle De Este or Dessert Springs. If you can tell - for how much you have been offered apartment or it is duplex? Olya

Hi everyone!

WE have  came back from Spain few days ago. We have visited Playa Macenas development one more time. As our property at Los Altos has been stopped constructed and nothing changed, we are thinking to ask to have money back. Does anyone do that and succesfully have money back? Do you have bank gurantee? We never was given it. At a momnet it seems not what we expected from that resort - golf is not at good condition, sport grounds and other facilities not even started, 5 star hotel (promissed to be two hotels 2 years ago) also stopped. Hi everyone,

Just came back from Spain, have visited Playa MAcenas. I have been surprised to hear that it will be at least 10 months delay at Los Altos completion (apartments in the far end, up to the hill, sheduled summer 2010). Currently they have got problems with building company and how long it will take no one knows. Anyone at the same situation? What are you going to do? Have you asked MEdGroup for discount?
