To all victims who lost out in Spain
Just as expected the thread in which Briando55 was exposed, is under moderation , after a few home truths about his involvement in promoting and advising, victims of Spanish property deposit losses, to go with a particular Law Firm as reccommended by him in numerous threads and almost 2000 posts.
Brian says we should all be careful about which Law firm we go with to try to get our deposits back but still points you to a Law firm who charges you a lot of money up front and in one case of a victim who contacted me today, charges 50% of the total sum recovered to take their case on . What a joke!! And he has the cheek to call us thick!!

- if anyone from Ireland/ Uk wishes to contact myself or John feel free to do so and make your own mind up as to who is best placed to take on your Law 57/68 case - have a read at our story from previous post below and you ll see that people are getting their money back after all these years but as you have only one go at this you must choose wisely - i am not afraid to admit - unlike Briando55 that - in our opinion Martin de La Herran of Abolex Abagados in Benidorm is one of the best and is the only lawyer we know has had 100 % success rate in all cases taken to date.
