Hi, we are a family of four looking to rent a 2-bed apartment in ARENAL DUQUESA for a year. Currently living in another development which is too noisy and too far from the post (which we have to use a lot). Have references from the current landlord, paying the bills on time, making no noise, generally reasonable people.  Open to discuss the terms and details. Thank you!
