Has anyone been in contact with TH. I have been trying to contact TH with no response. 

Has anyone seen their website?. Iv been told that it looks like they're offering another eight percent off if you sign another contract by september. Will anyone be signing this contract because if it doesnt say a date that the property will be completed then Im not sure if this means then that if you sign you will have to wait indefinately?. Iv heard that this is the case but nobody seems sure. Does that mean that we cant claim any penalty if the property is not built on time and is this in the contract ? as I have heard that this could also be the problem. If anyone knows anything please can you write on this forum because Im not sure about any of this anymore !.
