Dear All Thalassa clients,

For you information, I contacted my Spanish solicitor regarding the miss selling of the Spa/gym from the original proposed  size by Key Mare.

Her lawyer has investigated the situation and quite clearly Key Mare have broken the law on this and therefore my lawyer would be very confident of a positive outcome on this matter.

The down side is the enormous costs the lawyer wants to charge us all!! to represent us on this matter, but I have forwarded on to Noreen and Monica , so we can have a base to work from and bring the topic up at the community meeting shortly.

I believe it is very important we do not let Key Mare of the hook for this and we must all keep the pressure on them!!

Dear Fellow owners,

I thought I would warn you all that whilst we stayed at our apartment last week, my brother in law  badly cut his foot on the posts surrounding the jacuzzi, as the post has become attached from the ground and has a very sharp edge to it!!!

I did report the matter to Noreen and the Key Mare rep as it is only a matter of screwing back in again.

In regard to the miss seling by Key Mare when we all purchased our properties, as we were all promised a gym/ spa area twice the size etc with quality equipment and we have a very sub std gym as we all know.

I have contacted my Spanish Lawyer who will act on our behalf if somebody could E Mail me  the original offer from key mare, as they see this as misrepresentation and believe we would have a case for compensation or a re- build .

I have rcd E Mail from Insight and it is correct that they are offering 20 Thalassa Apartments at euro 144,000 including IVA, which has to be the iva based on the 179,000 original price??

 

Therefore a total saving of approx euro 50,000 to what we paid incl iva etc.

So the offer is genuine and I suppose as in the UK city centre apartments are losing 25% value due to overbuilds, the same is happening in Spain.

Never mind , we must think long term???
