Quite a few long threads covering the events following ML`s infamous e-mail to all CDA owners.

There is no PTAN brigade, just a few people observing that our hired administrator acted unbelievely unprofessional and infantile. All the other details are not needed to see where we are: Our resort has been seriously divided.

This situation needs to be amended, and should be a priority for the new presidents to be elected. I actually think it is as simple as that.

I really don`t mind that our Level 1 President has my e-mail address. I would be more upset if he didn`t. Moreso I am not sure if he formally isn`t still our Level 1 President as his removal seems to be executed illegally. The AGM needs to address this issue, and as owners we need information so that we can decide what to do. And we cannot get the complete picture from just one of the parties.

It is time that the formal aspects of this is being scrutiniezed.

Yes, the community will of course have to go on. And I also assume that PT has been informed.

But the process of sending a letter to the owners and asking for a supporting poll to remove the Level 1 president is not acceptable. Seems that we have to get our president accepted by the administrator, then. I trust our elected presidents of all levels will set this straight.

I do understand that, it is still worrying. ML is issuing a letter and a week later our Level 1 President has gone. He probably doesn`t even know it yet. It still seems to be a case of the employee sacking the employer..

I do not have any confidence in this system anymore.

It is extremely worrying that PT is sacked following the letter from ML. If we as a resort accept that our Managing Company manage to get rid of our Level 1 President, we should be alert!

Having been verry happy with ML`s services, I am now deeply concerned!
