Just alittle update.

Laywer informed me to send a burofax canceling any agreement. Done.

The english agent advised changing the lock so on one cold access the apartment. Done.

The laywer also advised me not to take legal action, not for any of the reasons given above but becuase I do not have any witness when I signed the paper to prove that he has manipulated the paperwork. So it is his word against mine I I dont think I would get very far with that.

If I could I would go against him with everything Ive got! and the fear of loosing the sale does not fase me... its the principal of doing something against these B******** who think thaey can just walk over a person because its a woman or forigner.

The people interested still seem interested and are in consultation with the laywer concerning the paperwork they signed as it seems thay are being heald to ransome as well.

Well.... al said and done... Im off to bed.

thank you so much for your comments. I had a intresting conversation with the Laywer. Fist she told me that I shoould send the offending agent a buro fax to officialy teminate any agreement that thee might be between me and the agent. She told me that i should also consider denounceing him for manipulating the paperwork.

Im still awaiting a reply from the solicitor and the agent is still sending me very weid emails. Apparently he claims that he has exclusivity forever on my property and I can never sell it with anyone else. I find most of the b*** s*** he is telling me such a insult to intelegence.

Well, just for everyone information. I’ve passed all the info on to a solicitor. She will investigate the case with a associate. I should have some info tomorrow. If I’ve got time I will post the response.

I think its absurd be afraid to take things further because of a tight knit community. I have mentioned the "offending party" to some Spanish friends and they were not at all surprised as he is well known in Rafal for his antics & has caused some problems in the past. The solicitor has told me that the proving the paperwork has been manipulated and I was not aware of what I was signing should not too difficult as some of it looks like he has used Photoshop to put a nice bold red letters at the top of the page which says exclusivity. The sale of the property has become irrelevant really, I think the Spanish family have pulled out as they have gone quiet all of a sudden.

Not all estate agents are bad, the English guy does not have a exclusivity & he advised me to get as many agents involved but to check the commissions they charge.

Any ways, I’m still kicking myself about signing that paper and trusting that slimy gitt.

No Ive not vanished, I just dont have the time to be on the computer all day. I am greatful for all the comments. It looks like the buyers are going to back, totaly intimidated by the Spanish agent who hasnt stopped hounding them. I am totaly gutted. THe English agent hs been a real gentlman through it all,he hasnt been pushy and right from the beginning said he would back off if it meant that I or the buyers would be messed around.

I just want to get the property out of the hands of theat agent now as I dont trust him & I am 100% sure he manipulated the paperwork. I am so angry at myself that I trusted this man & fell into a trap.
