If any one else out there is completing and hasnt got the time to trapse round the stores then give Furniture Express a call, they are EOS advertisers. An effortless service including white goods all delivered exactly at the time they stated, assembled and all rubbish removed. They even dressed the beds to make it look welcoming. They are based in Estepona on the Costa Del Sol about 3km from where I live and the showroom is impressive. Dont let the distance put you off, they do Portugal as well as all the other costas.

Not sure where you would obtain a tenancy, I have always relied on Estate Agents.

You should get a rent guarantee, ie if the tenant defaults you will have your rent paid by this scheme. It will also cover legal expenses. Rather than advertise it here and have it edited, send me a PM and Ill give you the name of the comapany etc
