Hi all,

Can anybody advise what would be seen as a fair offer for an apartment that has a guide price of around the 60,000 euro mark. We have viewed a few apartments on site and the values seem to differ quite a lot, obviously this depends on furnishings etc and the needs of the seller. Any advice appreciated
