Hi,

Has anyone out there had any sucsess getting the money back  with no zurich guarentee.

I know some of you with guarentees have had sucsess ( well done all of you) but I cant see any threds from anyone with no guarentees.Am I the only one ?

Any info or advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone out there tried to activate the bank guarantee to get his or her money back, due to the breach of contract regarding the lengthy delay of the development?
