Thanks for the info. We do not know why our  apartment hasn't been completed yet but we are getting fed up of waiting. We are considering pulling out and asking our solicitor to get our deposit back from the builder ( which could take ages). A catch 22 situation I think.I wonder whether the owners that have completed have all the necessary licences etc in place.

Hi

We are buying an apartment on Hacienda del Marques 111 in Palomares. We visited the site in Feb & ours & most of the apartments were completed.  We are  stillwaiting for the list of snags to be rectified.  However even though our solicitor assured us that the build is legal and that the builders had won the court case against the Junta we are still wary about completing.

Can you tell me whether you have completed or have you heard any news from any other prospective buyers?
