That's a bit of disturbing news. We will be there for the AGM, but can you tell us where it is going to be held ?

I feel sure that you are right and we need to another independent person to run this as Javier does sound like he is in the developer's pocket and thst isn't any good for the owners.

I do believe it is quite normal practise in Spain for these debts but find it unbelieveable and it makes yoou wonder wether to withold your own contribution if we don't know where it's going.

Please let us know about the AGM whereabouts.

Sorry it has taken me so long about the info on community charges. I have a list of the total amounts that was sent to me in early May 2008.

It was sent to me by Grupo Avalont Consultores.

Unfortunately I have not been able to access this part of their website.

If anyone want to know what kind of charges are payable please ask, giving your surname and block and apt no and i will see if i can find it on the list for you.

All the paperwork is in Spanish so its hard to find out about how these charges are apid but i assume they will be payable monthly and as usual if someone wants money from you they usually find you.
