We are still having problems getting access to properties for viewing, however prices are smaller townhouses (2 floor) €179,950 and larger townhouse (3 floor) for €199,950.

Hello All,

I have read these forums and recognise that most of you have had a tough time. However the good news is that the repossesed townhouse units are now being released by Caja Sur so that things should improve.  I already live (rent) on the CDS and these units will fit me great and so I am negotiating on one for my family and I with a young child.

Are there any units you would avoid? I am looking at both of the town house types (3 floor and two floor) have you any preferences having lived in them. Also any key issues with build quality (leaking roofs, damp etc)

I hope that they will all be sold soon so that it can become a great community with everyone chipping in. We will be using it mainly in summer and some weekends in winter as we travel a lot. How has security been so far?
