Hi Steve

My shower tray has cracked also. I asked RYF to replce but they fought all the way over a three year period and then said they would repair ???  Not very good after sales service !   I refused the repair and will have to replace mine at some point, if you do find out where to purchase they trays would you let me know please.

 

I,m only in Duquesa for limited periods but do need to get this done.

Hi Mary

Welcome to Duquesa Village.

I obtained a second garage remote by ordering one through the AEA office in Duquesa Marina. The entrance is on the left under the Main entrance arch. From memory I had to order and wait around two weeks. i think they were already coded for the garage doors and at that time there were no barriers at the entrance. I paid 40 Euro's, however before ordering i would visit the DIY store next to Barclay's in Sabinillas as they may now be able to supply at a cheaper price.

Not sure about the A/C remote but you can operate the unit manually from the wall unit.

I had an old sky box installed by Kings that were in the little square by Becky's. They are no longer there but still have a website you will find this on the manilva life web site directory.

I will be out with some friends on the 27th so i'll say hello if i see you.

Hi Dave

We took a day trip to Tangiers Easter 2007. Six of us bought tickets direct from the ferry terminal in Tarifa, from memory around 55 Euro's. this covered ferry, coach trip,guided tour and lunch !  Fantastic value and a fantastic day, a must do.

I don't know if this is the best way to see Tangier but we had no complaints, it's a different world.

 We also found it quite easy to park in Tarifa 5 minutes from the terminal

It seems that  I have more questions than I initially thought ! I hope you don't mind asking them.

7.When will the complex be completely finished?

8.Where can I view the final plans for the complex? is there a web site perhaps?

9.When can we set a date for the AGM?

10. Has the budget been set for this year and when can I expect the next reduction in costs?

11.Can you email me your address so i can look you up in April or August and buy you a beer or two !!!

I'm sure some of these questions are duplications of other peoples queries,however it would great to get answers.In writing preferably !

With reference to the question of pool furniture I would be happy to supply my own for the reasons you have stated.
