Hi Robayl,

Just letting you know we had a shower enclosure and splash screen for the bath fitted last year.

I initially priced round several places with the intention of fitting it myself however found a gentleman called Paco who owns the 'aluminium works', did a very neat tidy job within four days. He worked out slightly cheaper than anyone else I had price the job.

From the apartment block as you walk down the street towards the square, take the second street on the left. His business is on the right hand side.

Paco speaks little English, but he came up to our apartment, measured and priced the job having shown us several brochures. His work was clean and tidy.

Hi Folks, I can only provide you with details of our own experience on completing, but hopefully this may be of some help.

Jacqui and I completed last summer. We, like yourselves had planned on having a formal snagging list provided through a registered reputable company. However, we examined the property close to completion and thankfully found very few faults, perhaps a list of some ten minor issues ( chipped bath, faulty washing machine, lose tiles etc). We highlighted these faults to Golf Invest and had all these fixed almost immediately. We then decided against employing a snagging agent.

Since completion we found another few minor snagging issues. We informed Paco and Louise and had these faults repaired immediately, no questions asked.

I am by no means suggesting not to have your property properly snagged, but in our case we have had no problems. Paco and Louise have been only to glad to help. We are very pleased with the over all build quality of our apartment.

Hi Jarvi, Jacqui and I have just returned from our apartment today. The by-pass is due for completion by December and it looks as if it is on course. The main road from Sucina to San Javier continues to be a work in progress but I notice a huge improvement since we were last over 7 weeks ago. The area in the centre of the town was also pedestrianised this week and looks really well. Over all we felt there was great improvement and things in general looked well, and also the weather is great!!
