As Carol says why have you not identified yourself redwine2009? Have you already completed? If you are genuine please identify yourself, I think not,  My neighbours went to the pool meeting in July last year & from their interpretation the pool was going to be started by November either on the original site or where the sales office is. It was promised then to be open by Easter 2009 at latest. That is April NOT August.

We are coming over at the end of July &  I had hoped that the grandchildren would be able to use the pool - I know there is a municpal pool in the village, but it is only open at limited times & from what I understand does not have a shallow end ?

We also know people on La Torre, but this is a completely different  to San Cayetano. Community fees will be higher there as there are lifts in the apartments, lots of individual swimming pools & the site is all privately owned unlike San Cayetano where parts as we understand are now council run (the main roads, green areas etc) How can you compare the community charges? & Why are you comparing community charges? Why are you even comparing us with La Torre?

We all knew when we put our money down that we would pay to use it so no revelation there.Fantastic plans might look great, but we want the real thing. I think your remark "good things come yo those who wait" is very patronising to all the people who have already been waiting patiently.

We were promised in the sales pitch that the pool would be ready in Summer 2008. All the houses are built so why not the pool & the sports facilities?

cbramheld - have you heard privately from redwine 2009?

Jane

We are very confused about when this pool & facilities are going to be built. It sounds like we are being given the runaround by Taray. The last we heard it would be started in January at latest & would take 3 or 4 months so would be ready for us to use around Easter or just after. We would be happy if it was ready for our grandchildren to use in the school holidays. davidg we haven't had any information yet about committees & community charges, but think you are right in saying we shouldn't be paying any money out until everything is complete. We would be happy to join any action group formed, but Tina we still live in the UK & our time out in Spain is limited until we retire so does this limit what we can do?

Hello Harryvan

Is it Taray that are selling quad villas at this price? I have sent an email to them but not received a reply. We have an apartment, but may like to buy a quad villa for us & pass our apartment across to my son if they are available so cheaply now. Is that on phase 1 or phase 2? I would be most grateful for some more information.

Hello Colin or The Wrights

As you seem to be an expert on the electricity could you tell me where I might find my number to enable me to register online. We haven't had any charges go out of our bank account for water yet so does anyone know how much it will be as the exchange rate is so low at the moment we are tending to run our bank account a bit hand to mouth, but I don't want to end up without enough in there if there is going to be another direct debit coming out. I would be most grateful for any help

The people at the Rose & Thistle have a taxi service as well, but I do not have their telephone number. Perhaps someone who lives out in Spain full time could help you.
