As Carol says why have you not identified yourself redwine2009? Have you already completed? If you are genuine please identify yourself, I think not, My neighbours went to the pool meeting in July last year & from their interpretation the pool was going to be started by November either on the original site or where the sales office is. It was promised then to be open by Easter 2009 at latest. That is April NOT August.
We are coming over at the end of July & I had hoped that the grandchildren would be able to use the pool - I know there is a municpal pool in the village, but it is only open at limited times & from what I understand does not have a shallow end ?
We also know people on La Torre, but this is a completely different to San Cayetano. Community fees will be higher there as there are lifts in the apartments, lots of individual swimming pools & the site is all privately owned unlike San Cayetano where parts as we understand are now council run (the main roads, green areas etc) How can you compare the community charges? & Why are you comparing community charges? Why are you even comparing us with La Torre?
We all knew when we put our money down that we would pay to use it so no revelation there.Fantastic plans might look great, but we want the real thing. I think your remark "good things come yo those who wait" is very patronising to all the people who have already been waiting patiently.
We were promised in the sales pitch that the pool would be ready in Summer 2008. All the houses are built so why not the pool & the sports facilities?
cbramheld - have you heard privately from redwine 2009?
