we too have purchased a house on this development, and have been more than pleased with the house and the communications from Dintel Domus. However, we have also been caught up in the Fadesa debacle so are more aware than most about promises that are not fulfilled. At this stage, we have no intention of completing when the house in ready in October as we have been told that the swimming pools will only be started when they start phase 2 and when that will be is anybodys guess in the current climate. We are taking legal advice about either withholding all the remaining money until the pools and paddle courts etc are finished, or at the very least withholding a substantial amount until all the development is complete. After all, in Spain any literature used in publicity forms part of the selling contract so they are technically not fulfilling their part of the contract without the pools etc., so I am optimistic that we cannot be forced to complete the purchase as soon as October.

Can't wait to see it all finished though as the location and views are just unbeatable for us.
