Mike,
Would like to say thanks for all the improvements over the last 12months. We were unable to be at the meeting, and unable to vote, as apparently we owe money .we have money in our Spanish account, but for some reason it's not always taken out! ( and some months they take out two or three lots to make up for it!)

We've been out recently and were really impressed by how much was achieved. Thanks for everything, let's see how the next 12 months go....!

As owners of an apartment in Angel de Mira Flores we really appreciate all the hard work and time that you have invested in this development. 
When we came out in March we were really impressed by the way the community area is looking and we are grateful for your input and have noticed the changes since you have been president.  We have read your comments and are concerned that people are braking and damaging the new fence.  What also concerns us as owners and renting to holiday makers adverting a usable pool is that people renting our and other peoples apartments will be both frustrated and disappointed that they can not use this facility. 

Is there any way that the gate could have a disclaimer stating that usage outside designated hours are at the users own risk , their own liability, and that the community/owners can not be held responsible? 

We feel that people will continue to find a way to use the pool regardless of the fence and locked gate.  Therefore to minimize damage and costs, we wondered if the gate were left unlocked or as owners we had a key to the gate, it would be possible to give responsibility to holiday makers or residents themselves who wish to use the pool in unattended hours.

Actually thinking about it, it's a good job the apartment wasn't furnished, as they may have assumed it WAS ous and moved in! Could have been quite a shock if any oweners had turned up!

Some friends of ours flew out today to our fully furnished apartment. I'd explained that Mira Flores could be tricky to find, and to give us a ring if they had problems. Wasn't particulary surprised when we got a call about 1pm today. I was surprised when she told me she was standing inside our apartment and there was no furniture at all! ( There certainly was last week!) My first thought was the whole lot had been stolen, obviously that would have been difficult to go unnoticed, so then asked her to check exactly which apartment and block she was in.

Luckily we established she had made a mistake, and wasn't in our apartment at all! and 5 mins later called to confirm all furniture was safe and well. The worrying thing is why do some keys open more than one apartment, she was actually standing INSIDE the wrong one! It may have been some x hundred to one coincidence but a little worrying the first time our key has been used on a different apartment, it fitted, who can get into ours?!

Needless to say i've now organised our locks to be changed ASAP and would advise others to do so too.

We have used holidayslettings.com on the internet. We put it on in July and have had 3 bookings plus 2 other inquiries for dates that were already taken. We have charged £350 per week, as it's high season. We also had one more enquiry, however friends in the same block had rented to this family before and reccomended we didn't rent to them, due to damaged property, turning up with more people than were booked and generally leaving apartment in a mess! Our apartment is in block 6 and is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. We've also let it out to family and friends ( although much cheaper) the apartment has been rented out 8 weeks this year so far and  in addition we've been out ourselves 4 times.
