As I've posted on other links regarding this, just make sure you use a legal company not just people adding to their pension, benifits or doing it just for the 'beer' money. They will be slightly more expensive but whats an extra hundred or so euro to have peace of mind youy investment is being cared for professionally.

I and my friend would be interested in renting our apartments long term,one is ground floor and the other second. Completion is mid August, can you let give us some more info i.e charges, expected rental income, time etc please.

Hi Allan,
Maybe I expect too much but I certainly would expect my keyholder to do this also, if this is not the norm fairplay to carol. I do understand many 'keyholders' just do it for the beer money and to subsidise pensions or dole money back home etc so having a LEGAL registered company in my eyes is of utmost importance especially if something goes wrong.
