hi i am toying with the idea of moving out to spain to live and work i have recently bought in the costa blanca area near orihuela i am  a joiner and i also do floor and wall tiling i was wondering is there much work in that area

our house number is 129 our agent is iberian on our liquidation letter  there is a charge  for water  and electricity for 540 euro and a n.i.e service charge of 120 euro. on a leter we were sent with our liquidation letter it says the following work is out standing water and electricity supply by the builder and minor snags outstanding.  i have not got a chance to talk to our agent yet when we do i hope to find out more.

Hi   have bought on phase 3 no 129  south was out in january  for mid term phase 3 is coming along well no one could give me a completion date (so what else is new). pool and park/seating area is very nice . Could any one give me any info on some one to supply and fit window grills and tv please. would like to thank pete and val for letting me know about this forum .  Glen and Dawn
