Hi All

 

Its about 6 months since we have been to Condado. Looking forward to our Easter & Summer Visits. We have just booked cars with car jet for Summer & Easter Holidays. Yesterday I received an email from them advising that Terminal 2 would be opening in Alicante shortly and we needed to go the Dickmans Office to collect car (this is done via bus from certain zones) this sounds really akward especially during high season we will be travelling with children and new born baby.  Just wondering really have all of the rental desks moved and the collection points or are the likes of Goldcar etc still in the same area??

Hi Folks,

We have an apartment in Jardines De Alhama Jardin  4. We are back to Condado for our summer hols with family the last 2 weeks in July.  My parents plan on coming along with my sister. We are looking for an apartment to rent for them  from Sun 18th July to Fri 30th July.  We are looking for an aparmtent preferably close to our own in Jardin 4.

If anyone has an apartment availabe to rent on these dates can they please email me.

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if any of you can help me. We arrive Easter Monday  to Condado and so far I have been trying to goggle the opening hours of the Shopping Centres but to no avail I cannot seem to get the times.

I am wondering do they stay open for late night shopping on Thurs/Friday like UK/Ireland or is it different in Spain.

I know when we were out in Feb for mid-term no shops open at all on Sundays.

We need to buy some bedding/ household items. I wanted to  go to either Parque Mediteraneo in Cartagena or the ThaderCentre but now it looks like I will be travellling there during the time as we are unsure of opening hours. If anyone knows what the opening hours are can you let me know.

Hi Folks,

This is a great website and has been of great assistance to us in the past few months.  I have not posted previously as we are only going to finish furnishing next month but have got loads of information and tips about Condado.  We bought a 3 bed in Garden No. 4 last June.   We are going out in Feb to (finally) finish furnishing.   We are interested in getting guttering done. Can someone please email me a contact.?? Maybe we can get this done when we are out in Feb or if not then we plan on going back out at Easter with family

We still need to buy  all the kitchen items, bedding etc,  so a trip to ikea is planned . The two larger items for the kitchen dining are that we need are Sofa/Kitchen Table.  With regard to sofa can any of you  advise did you go with 3 seater& 2 seater or 2X2Seaters.  I would love to buy leather especially with young boys so any advise would be great. We need to buy either 2 single beds or bunk beds for smaller room the other bedrooms are sorted. We bought 2 double storage beds . We have two children so not sure what to go for  single beds or bunk beds?  Again not sure if we will rent out or not.

Finally we have got prices from Fairways Property to do understairs storage cabinet are there other companies doing this type of work or can anyone email details to  me.
