Re the wild dogs mentioned, just come back from pueblo salinas didnt see any wild dogs on the complex however did see lots of dog dirt, around complex including the TENNIS court and pavements, dont know whether wild dogs or residents dogs, however I have never seen any owners carrying any bags to collect mess when walking their dogs and never seen them on leads. Having been for walks on Vera Playa promanade and Garrucha Beach found this to be the norm, my 1 year old came back with some new words "dog Poo" having being told to mind the dog poo that many times. Being parents of small children found this upsetting and frustrating.  Lets hope that it is the wild dogs and will be sorted when complex properly gated!        heres hoping Lisa

Hi Lynda,

We are going on our inspection trip next week and have been allocated a slot of 10.00 AM on Tue 10th July & according to my laywer we are due to complete on Fri 13th ( not a great date) electricity ,water and communication with our Spanish mortgage company in relation to the survey all in order,however we applied for our Nie Number nearly 3 months ago via the UK and after an email from the Spanish consulate today they have informed us that they are taking 3 months due to the popular demand of all us daft brits buying in Spain, so if anything will hold us up it will be that so I am keeping my fingers crossed,failing that I have been informed that we will be available to complete as soon as that NIE No arrives.I hope this helps.

Hi

Our inspection trip has been put off as well ,however this week I have had an email from my laywer explaining that I must be ready to complete on 13th July 2007.I find this strange as we have not been over on our inspection trip .Is there anyone else out there in the same position ,also have all those who have been on their inspection trip had their completion dates yet.
